Midlife coaching for women can also include learning to set better boundaries, improve time management, and prioritize self-care.
Weight Management
Weight management encompasses all aspects of menopause and perimenopause care, including nutrition education, fitness and behavioral coaching, and body composition interpretation.
We will review your previous weight loss attempts, assess what worked and what didn't, and what is likely to work now. We will review your goals and motivations, and then come up with a strategy which includes recommendations for your calories, macronutrients, supplements, and exercise. I want you to have a doable plan that you can live with.
Weight management is a marathon, not a sprint. And I am not only your doctor and coach here, but your teacher, your cheerleader, and your accountability partner!
